Uh Oh Puzzle ("the App", "we", "our") is a mobile puzzle game developed by Silly Games. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding that information.
By downloading or using the App, you agree to the practices described in this policy.
2. Information We Collect
2.1 Information You Provide
We do not require you to create an account or provide any personal information to use the App.
2.2 Information Collected Automatically
Device & Usage Data (via Firebase Analytics)
If you consent to analytics (on iOS via the App Tracking Transparency prompt), we collect:
- Device type, operating system version
- App version
- In-app events (e.g., level started, level completed, difficulty selected)
- Session duration and frequency
- Crash reports (via Firebase Crashlytics)
This data is anonymous and cannot be used to identify you personally. It is used solely to improve the App.
Advertising Identifiers (via Google AdMob)
If you have not purchased Calm Mode (the ad-free upgrade), the App displays advertisements provided by Google AdMob. AdMob may collect:
- Advertising identifier (IDFA on iOS, GAID on Android)
- Approximate location (derived from IP address)
- Ad interaction data (impressions, clicks)
On iOS, the App will request your permission via Apple's App Tracking Transparency (ATT) framework before accessing your advertising identifier. You may decline at any time.
Cloud Save Data (via Firebase Firestore)
If you use the cloud save / restore feature, we store:
- An anonymous, randomly generated user ID (UUID) — not linked to your name, email, or any other identifier
- Your puzzle progress (levels completed, stars earned, hints balance)
- Your settings preferences (sound, music, haptics, colorblind mode)
This data is associated only with the anonymous UUID. We cannot identify you from this data.
2.3 In-App Purchases
Purchases are processed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play). We do not collect or store your payment information. We only receive confirmation that a purchase was completed.

5. Children's Privacy
The App is rated 4+ (iOS) and Everyone (Android). It is suitable for all ages, including children under 13.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. The anonymous cloud save UUID does not constitute personal information.
Advertising shown to users under 13 (where we can detect this) is limited to child-directed, non-personalized ads in compliance with COPPA (US) and applicable laws.
If you are a parent or guardian and believe we have inadvertently collected personal information about your child, please contact us at the email below and we will delete it promptly.

8. Data Security
We take reasonable technical measures to protect your data:
- All data transmitted to Firebase is encrypted in transit (TLS)
- Firebase Firestore access is restricted by security rules
- We do not store payment information
No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. International Transfers
Firebase and AdMob services are operated by Google LLC, headquartered in the United States. Your data may be transferred to and processed in the United States or other countries. By using the App, you consent to this transfer.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
